摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育是一项艰巨而复杂的工作。现在的大学生在受到外界压力情况下,心理承受能力相当脆弱。造成这种现象的原因很多,如家庭教育、社会环境等。对于高校来说,教育和管理要互相结合。良好的教育环境和严格的管理制度对大学生的健康成长和树立正确的价值取向是必不可少的。所以,加强和改进大学生的思想政治教育工作有着广泛而深远的意义。The ideological and political education is a difficult and complex job. Present college students has weak psychological bearing capacity facing some external pressure. There are a lot of reasons for this phenomenon, such as home education, social environment. For colleges and universities, the education and management should be combined with each other. A good educational environment and strict management system are indispensable for the healthy growth and establishing the correct values of college students. Therefore, to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of university students have a wide-ranging and far-reaching significance.
