摘　　要：通过运用混合比赛形式为核心组织足球教学的方法,进行教学改革实验研究,以探讨克服女生参加足球运动的心理障碍,调动男生的学习积极性,从而提高教学质量的方法和途径。The use of mixed-race forms as the core organization of football teaching methods teaching reform experimental study to improve the quality of teaching and the ways. The results show that the hybrid be able to match teaching to promote girls football know, the mobilization of female students studying enthusiasm, improve the quality of teaching.
