摘　　要：目的：观察陈旧性心肌梗死（ＯＭＩ）患者心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）的变化。方法：统计２４ｈ窦性Ｒ－Ｒ间期均值的标准差作为其ＨＲＶ。结果：ＯＭＩ患者ＨＲＶ与心肌梗死急性期左室射血分数呈正相关。ＯＭＩ心衰组ＨＲＶ小于非心衰组，ＯＭＩ发作性心肌缺血组ＨＲＶ小于无发作性心肌缺血组。ＯＭＩ病程为６个月以上、１年以上、３年以上各组，ＯＭＩ非心衰组与正常组，ＯＭＩ无发作性心肌缺血组与正常对照组，前（侧）壁梗死组与下（后）壁梗死组，组间比较ＨＲＶ相差均不显著。结论：病程＞６个月的ＯＭＩ患者ＨＲＶ在无并发症下恢复正常。Objctive:To observe the changes of heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with old myocardial infarction(OMI). Methods: HRV was measured with the standard diviation of normal RR intervals over a 24h period in patients with OMI.Results: HRV was positively correlated to left ventricular ejection fraction during the acute phase of MI.HRV in the OMI group with heart failure(HF) was lower than that in the OMI group without HF and that in the normal control group. HRV in the OMI group with paroxysmal myocardial ischemia was lower than that in the OMI group without paroxysmal myocardial ischemia and that in the normal control group.In HRV there was no significant difference among the groups of more than 6 months,1 year,and 3 years after the onset of MI, and between the OMI group without HF and the normal control group, the OMI group without paroxysmal ischemia and the normal control group, the anterior(lateral) MI group and the inferior( posterior) MI group. Conclusion:The results suggest that HRV in patients with OMI without complication returns to normal in 6 months after the onset of MI and HRV reduces in patients with HF or paroxysmal myocardial ischemia.
