摘　　要：针对小型监控系统采用商业组态软件成本太高,设计了基于Visual Basic6.0的OPC数据访问客户端。该客户端采用西门子公司推出的Simense OPC DAAutomation2.0.dll,通过在VisualBasic6.0环境调用相关的OPC函数建立与OPC服务器—PC ACCESS的连接,从而对S7-200 PLC控制器的数据进行读写。该设计方法在过程控制实验台上得到了验证。For the cost of little supervisor and control system adopted commercial configure software was high, then an OPC client based on Visual Basic6.0 was designed. The OPC client was developed by using an OPC tooklit named Simense OPC DAAutomation2.0 .dll from SIMENSE CO. LTD. Some OPC running functions were used in Visual Basic6.0 to build the connect between OPC client and PC ACCESS, OPC server. Therefore the device data from S7-200 PLC was also read and written. This method was validated in the process control experimental system.
