摘　　要：基于西门子PLC和WinCC(V6.0),设计并实现了卷烟厂制丝设备排潮/除尘、卷接机组集中式工艺风力/烟丝输送除尘自动监控系统。本文通过一个实例,介绍了系统的硬件组成、网络结构和软件设计思想,论述了系统的主要功能。实践表明,该系统界面友好,操作方便,安全稳定,符合现场工作要求,达到了预期的设计效果。Based on Siemens PLC and WinCCV6 MMI software, designed and implemented a control system for cigarette equipments centralized air-supplied, material-transported, dust-removed and Eject-damp. In this paper, the system of hardware, network structure, software design and function is introduced by a project which has been applied to Chenzhou cigarette factory. Practice shows that the system friendly interface, easy operation, security and stability, and consistent with the work requirements of the scene, designed to achieve the expected results.
