摘　　要：介绍一种基于西门子S7-200系列可编程控制器(PLC)构成了一种集中供热锅炉汽包水位自动保护控制系统。本文首先讨论了锅炉汽包水位控制的原理,给出合适的控制方案,系统的硬件构成和软件设计,提出了用模块CP243-1进行远程监控和控制的方案,并对主要仪器西门子S7-200进行了较为详细的介绍。系统有着较强良好的人机界面,可以充分的满足了运行要求。Based on the fact that S7-200 series PLC control a new type automatic protect control system of centralized heat boiler drum water lever. At first, the paper discusses the function and characteristic of protect control system, presents hardware constitution and soft ware design of the control system. Then it presents the method of remote monitor and control used model CP243-1, introduces the main instrument about siemens $7-200 PLC. The system has the powerful humanmachine interface. It can meet the requirement of the operation.
