摘  要:目的研究特殊碳材料——膨胀石墨(EG)做为人体创面应用材料的可行性。方法临床前动物毒理实验。烧伤动物模型分别感染菌种,与SD-Ag等分组用EG包扎对照。结果对动物无急、慢毒性;对动物皮肤无急慢性刺激;无致突变作用;无致敏性。烧伤动物模型的创面应用EG包扎,不影响伤口愈合,内脏切片正常,生化检查正常,创面不染黑,可替代80%左右的纱布敷料。临床病人所用创面与同等厚度纱布相比,效果全部为优;引流完全、创面不感染,不影响创面愈合,对病人全身无任何影响,完全可以替代纱布应用。结论 EG是一种高碳新材料,理化特性有较强的吸附性能,透水透气、人体不吸收,无刺激。可做为医用敷料用于人体创面。Objective To investigate the effect of expanded graphite (EG), a special carbonaceous material, onwound. Methods 130 Wistar rats were burnt in 15% TBSA and dressed with EG, topical Ag-SD, gauze and zihua burn Qintment ,respectively. EG was also used in various burn wounds ,incision and oth er wounds in 14 subjects in comparing with the effectiveness of gauze of the same thickness in the same wound with different parts ,such as left or right,up or down. Results EG had no acute or chronic toxic-ity, no stimulation to skin, no mutability and no sensitization. EG didn't affect the healing of the burn wounds in the rats and could replace 80% gauze. It was also found that EG didn't affect the healing of human wounds. The drainage of EG is satisfactory without infection in would. EG could replace almost all the gauze. Conclusion EG can be used in human wound.
