提升广州城市社区文化软实力的三个重要环节

摘　　要：改革开放30年来,广州文化建设取得了巨大的成就,随着广州科学发展、建设"首善之区"目标的确立,如何提升广州文化软实力、推进文化建设大发展大繁荣的研究工作也越发紧迫。文章通过对广州市城市社区文化建设现状的调查,重点对社区街道文化站的建设和社区居民参与文化建设的现状进行了分析,发现和总结了当前社区文化软实力建设中取得的成就和存在的问题,提出必须紧紧抓住依托社区文化站提升文化软实力、整合优化社区资源、创新社区文化的工作方法这三个重要环节,切实提升城市社区文化软实力。Guangzhou has made significant achievements in the cultural construction during the past 30 years of reform and opening up. To further scientific development and establish a ＂region of beneficence＂ in Guangzhou, it is highly necessary to strengthen the studies on increasing the city＇s cultural soft power and accelerating its cultural construction. Based on the city-wide survey of the community＇s culture development, and the targeted analysis of neighborhood participation in establishing street cultural stations, this paper summarizes the achievements and the existing problems in Guangzhou. Importantly, it highlights the three important links for increasing the cultural soft power of the city community ： establishing community cultural stations, integrating and optimizing the community resources, and employing innovative methods.
