摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、不同相对分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在硼硅酸盐玻璃板上制备单层SiO2减反射薄膜,研究了制备工艺对薄膜光学性能的影响。结果表明:PEG的添加量可以改变薄膜的透过率,当PEG/TEOS的摩尔比为50/50时能达到最大值。PEG1K能将反射率最小值调整到550 nm,从而对应于最高的太阳辐射波长。TEOS and PEG with different relative mol. wt. were used as raw materials to prepare single layer antireflective SiO2 films on borosilieate glass by sol-gel method. The relationships between preparing processes and optical properties of the films were investigated. The results showed that the addition amount of PEG could affect transmittance of the films. The maximal transmittance of these films is achieved when the molar ratio of PEG to TEOS is 50/50. Addition of PEG 1000 can make the lowest reflectance around 55Onto, which matches the wavelength of the highest solar irradiance.
