摘　　要：介绍了氟碳涂料施工工艺和质量控制要点。指出表面处理是施工工艺过程控制的首要环节;喷射清理是最有效的除锈方式;磨料品质,表面油污和可溶性盐分的清理,喷砂后表面灰尘清洁度的控制以及喷砂前的结构预处理是不可疏忽的环节;涂装工艺过程控制主要考虑适宜的涂装环境条件,涂料的正确混合和使用,喷涂工艺参数选择和预涂装等;涂层质量检测主要包括漆膜外观、涂层厚度及附着力等。The essentials of the construction technology and quality control were introduced. Surface treatment is the principal step during construction process. Blast cleaning is the most effective rust removal method. The quality of abrasives, the cleaning of surface grease and water-soluble salts, the control of surface dust cleaning after blast cleaning, and the structural preparation before blast cleaning are unneglectable. The coating process control consists of the proper coating environmental conditions, correct blending and use of coating materials, selection of spraying process parameters and pre-coating, etc. The inspection of coating quality consists of appearance, thickness, adhesion and so on.
