摘 要:华北油田晋45、晋95、晋105断块油井检泵周期短,作业频繁,现场防治腐蚀效果不理想。从生产井腐蚀因素分析,在充分了解现场腐蚀现象的基础上,针对主要因素选择合适的缓蚀剂类型,开展缓蚀剂配方复配优选工作,利用正交试验法进行缓蚀剂复配,并选择具有协同作用的杀菌剂,研制出具有较高缓蚀效果、有效杀灭细菌的药剂配方。通过现场试验药剂的缓蚀率达到75%以上,油井细菌含量明显下降。At the oil wells of fault-blocks Jin 45, Jin 95 and Jin105 in Huabei Oilfields, there are some problems like the short periods of pump detection, the high frequency of operation, and the imperfect effect of worksite corrosion prevention. Based on the com- plete understanding of worksite corrosion phenomenon and analysis of corrosion factors, the corrosion control agent has been compounded again by means of the orthogonal test method in order to improve the quality of worksite applied agents. Meanwhile the bacvention tericidal agent with synergistic effect has been chosen so as to develop the chemical prescription with higher effect of prevention and better bactericidal function. The worksite test has shown that the corrosion control percentage of chemical agents can reach up to 75 %, and the content of bacteria in oil wells has been reduced, and certain economic benefits have been obtained.
