高血压患者左室舒张功能障碍与血液流变学的关系

摘　　要：本文对５３例高血压患者左室舒张功能及血液流变学指标进行测量。结果表明，高血压组血液粘度较对照组增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），而且高血压伴左室舒张功能障碍组增高更为明显，提示血液粘度增高是影响左室舒张功能障碍的因素之一。Hemorheological tests and parameters of left ventricular function in 53 cases of hypertensive patients were compared with 20 normal subjects as control groupThe results showed that blood viscosity of hypertensive patients were higher than that in the normal subjects (P<001),and blood viscosity of hypertensive patients with left ventricular diastolic disturbance (LVDD) were much highter than that with normal cardiac functionIt suggested that blood viscosity increasing is one of the factors induced by LVDD
