内河船舶污染特点分析及调控税收机制研究

摘　　要：在水污染形成过程中，由船舶引起的污染占很大的比重。文章对船舶污染的物理及经济特性进行了分析，并对国内外普遍运用的排污调控政策机制也进行了分析研究，在此基础上设计了针对内河船舶污染控制的税收政策机制。In respect of the cause of water pollution, a great deal was contributed by shipping. Physical and economic characters of the shipping pollution were analysed, and the prevailing pollution control mechanisms both used in China and overseas at present were studied on its compatibility to the shipping pollution. A taxation policy mechanism to control and modulate the shipping pollution has hereof been worked out.
