摘　　要：历史文化是历史文化保护区的核心保护内容之一。在历史文化保护区的特色日益衰退的今天，对其历史文化进行专题研讨，从历史文化的演进过程中挖掘特色从而明确保护对象和目标，是一项重要工作。本文根据历史特征,对常州前后北岸历史文化保护区的历史文化发展足迹进行归纳和梳理，从而为制定保护对策提供依据。Historical culture is one ol Ihe core of protected content in historJc consefvatJon areas. Now Ihe historical characteristics is growJng recession. So It Is an imporlant work ihat focusing ori its history and culture, and mining characi8ristfcs in his evolution to clear targets and objectives to protect. This article Summarized historical and cultural deuelopmern footprint of Qlanhoubeian Distrcit. And on this basis, il provided Ihe Ioundation for the protection measures.
