摘　　要：在漫长的发展时期里，历史文化保护区的原有空间特色日益衰退。保护区的更新应当从其空间演化的过程中总结特征，挖掘特色资源，为历史风貌的重塑提供依据。本文以常州市前后北岸历史文化保护区为例，通过对其空间肌理演化发展进行翔实和全面的专题研讨，探求如何寻找、挖掘出历史文化保护区的独有持色，从而有针对性地制定发展对策。During the Iong period of development, original spacial characteristics of historic conservation areas are growing recession. The renewal should aggregate characteristics and mining special resources from the process of spacial evolution, and provide s basis for remodeling the historic look. Taking Qianhoubeian Historic Conservation Area in Changzhou as an example, this article made eftorls to explore how to find and dig OUt the umque characteristics of protected areas by means ot detailed investigation and comprehensive discussion on spacial texture evolution.Accordingly development strategies could be made targetedly.
