摘　　要：随着港口经济的发展,受到港口群、高科技、生态、循环经济等因素的直接影响,港口和港口城市之间的关系发生了变化,这一变化直接影响到了港口城市的空间组织,如空间布局与发展方向、产业结构、交通体系、生态保护策略等。因此,城市要结合港口的区域定位进行城市空间组织,考虑港口的产业体系进行产业空间布局,从强化港口与城市联系的角度来构建交通体系,而城市空间的发展应以生态优先为原则。The relationship between a port and the city in which it is located is affected by technology, ecology, and the circulation economy. Changes in this relationship directly affect the layout, orientation, structure, transportation system, and ecological preservation strategies of a port city＇s development. Port cities should reorganize their urban space to take into account the port＇s regional position and to improve the port-city transportation system connections. These spatial reorganizations should be ecologically sensitive.
