生脉成骨胶囊制剂成型工艺研究

摘　　要：在25℃，相对湿度为75％的条件下，对均在同一剂量下的不同辅料与生脉成骨胶囊全浸膏粉制成药粉和颗粒后，就其吸湿百分率进行比较，从而筛选出生脉成骨胶囊的适宜辅料和成型的工艺。并对最佳的辅料和工艺进行了流动性和临界相对湿度评价，为大生产控制车间生产条件提供理论依据。The moisture absorption percentages of powder or granules prepared with differentexcipient and extract powder of Shengmaichengu Capsules in the same dosage under theconditions of 25℃ temperature and 75% relative humidity were studied. From them, theadaptive and formation process were selected and evaluated in the fluidity and critical relativehumidity,which provided a theory basis for controlling the large scale production conditionsin workshop.
