摘　　要：生态基础设施是区域生态安全的基本保障和区域环境承载的刚性底限,区域空间规划是对区域城市空间、生态空间及农业空间的统筹性安排,其目的是创造一种人地和谐、生态环境可持续的空间秩序。以GIS、RS为代表的空间信息技术建构了区域生态基础设施定义的基本方法与技术路线,应用于广州市萝岗区,为其识别了3种类型的生态基础设施。参照当地生态基础设施的基本空间格局特征,提出了广州市萝岗区空间规划的基本模式和发展战略。Ecological infrastructure （El） is the basic guarantee for regional ecosystem safety and the rigid bottom limil for regional environmental bearing capacity. For regional spatial plonningiSP）, whose task is to arrange urban space, ecological space and agricultural space concordontly, and the purpose of SP is to create a harmonious relationship between nature and human and at the some time build a spatial order for eco-system sustainable development. With Luogong District in Guongzhou City as the example and helped by GIS and RS technologies, the methodology for regional IE definition is built in this paper. Through o case study, three kinds of El was identified for Luogang District. At last, the El spatial characters of Luogang is analyzed, and o spatial planning scheme and corresponding developing strategy were presented.
