广东省基本消灭丝虫病后媒介传播作用的研究

摘  要:1988~1992年连续5年对蚊媒进行纵向监测观察,各年致倦库蚊的自然感染率分别为0.11%、0.03%、0.03%、0.01%和0.01%,呈逐年下降的趋势,且仅在前3年有发现感染期幼虫;而中华按蚊则未发现自然感染蚊只。每年计算致倦库蚊的年传播潜势分别为350.48、186.92、186.92、0和0,均未达到起传播作用的量。横向监测,1992~1996年在原流行区40个县市119个乡镇的225个管理区共解剖致倦库蚊117404只,中华按蚊1256只,均未发现人体丝虫感染。结果表明广东省丝虫病的传播已完全被阻断。Longitudinal surveillance of vector for transmission filariasis were carried out in Guangdong province from 1988 to 1992, 15820, 18410, 17230, 19749 and 16756 Culex quinquefasciatus were dissected,the natrual infection rates were 0.11%, 0. 03%, 0.03%, 0. 01% and 0. 01 respectively, and 1035, 1377, 1332, 1306 and 1041 An. sinensis were dissected without filarial larvae found. Annual transmission potential(ATP) of Culex quin -quefasciatus were 350.48, 186.92, 186.92, 0.00 and 0. 00 respectively. From 1992 to 1996, a total of 117404 Culex quinquefasciatus and of 1256 An. sinensis were dissected,and no positive mosquito was found. The results indicated that the route of filarial transmission had been interrupted in Guangdong Province.
