摘　　要：在新的历史时期,面对新的发展机遇和新的发展挑战,医院坚持以人为本理念,深入学习和实践科学发展观,不断强化医院科学管理,加强人才队伍建设,推进优质服务工程,坚定不移地用制度规范人,用机制激励人,用环境影响人,用文化凝聚人,有力地推动了医院的内涵建设,促进了各项工作的全面协调可持续发展,顺利实现了靠质量赢得病人的信任,以服务吸引病人的目的。In the new historical period, facing the recent development opportunity and challenge, the hospital persists on people oriented, deeply studies and practices scientific development concept, constantly strengthens the scientific management and the construction of talents squad, advances the high-quality service project, resolutely guidelines personnel with system regulations, drives them with incentive mechanism, influences them with environment, and assembles them with culture. After that, it will greatly push forward the construction of hospital connotation, promote the comprehensive, coordinate and sustainable development on each term, and smoothly realize the goal of obtaining patients＇ trust by quality and absorbing patients bv service.
