医患关系现状的医方因素及对策研究

摘　　要：当前我国医患关系现状是总体和谐中存在着局部的不和谐,和谐是主流,不和谐是支流。真正属于医患关系紧张的还是少数,但对构建和谐社会还是产生了不可忽视的影响。本文在分析我国医患关系现状的基础上,针对影响医患关系的医方因素进行了重点研究,并提出构建和谐医患关系的相应对策。At present, there exists partial disharmony in relatively harmony doctor-patient relationship in our country, while harmony is main trend and disharmony is tributary. The practical tension between doctors and patients is minority, but it does bring un-ignored influence to the construction of harmonious society. Based on the analysis of the current status of doctorpatient relationship in our country, this article will focus on the research of factors influencing the relationship, in view of hospital and staff, and propose corresponding measures to build up harmonious doctor-oatient relationship.
