摘  要:以5个高粱品系和1个杂交种为试材,研究了不同生长发育时期高粱可溶性糖含量与SS、SPS酶活性的变化规律及相关性。结果表明,SS与可溶性糖含量在生长后期呈负相关,SPS与可溶性糖含量呈正相关。茎秆可溶性糖含量一直呈上升趋势,在完熟期达到最大值,此时正是高粱的最佳收获时期。Five sorghum lines and one hybrid were used to study the changing law of sugar contents and activities of sucrose synthase (SS) and sucrose phosphate synthase ( SPS), the correlation between soluble sugar contents and activities of SS and SPS on different phases. The results showed that there are mainly negative correlation between soluble sugar content and SS enzyme activities in the later growing stage, and mostly positive correlation between soluble sugar content and SPS enzyme activities. The soluble sugar content in stems was rising during the whole growing period. It reached the maximum when sorghum was fullv matured. Full-ripe stage is the best phase for harvest.
