摘 要:研究热塑性弹性体苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)填充聚丙烯(PP)所得的复合材料。首先制备不同含量SBS的复合材料;然后对所制备的各组复合材料进行理化性能测试,选出综合性能最好的一组,得到最佳含量的填充工艺。实验结果表明:在PP中加入SBS后,复合材料的冲击强度、拉伸强度等均得到了有效的提高,综合性能优于纯PP。The composites gained from the thermoplastic elastomer of the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) by filling the polypropylene(PP) were mainly discussed. The first step was to prepare the composites of different content of the thermoplastic elastomer SBS. The next step was to test the physical and chemical property of each of the composites and select out the one that had the best physical and chemical properties. In that way, the best technics of the filling content could be got. According to the analysis of the experimental results, adding the SBS into the PP would efficiently improve the properties of impact strength and the tensile strength. So the integrative properties of the PP which had been filled with the SBS were superior to PP itself.
