摘 要:参照美军标及国内隔热涂料热反射率测试方法,自行设计了试验装置,对DTF-1型封套材料和所设计的新型封套材料进行了热反射率的测试。测试结果表明:新型封套材料的隔热性能优于DTF-1型封套材料。对测试数据进行计算,得到两种材料的热反射率分别为9.6%和30.1%。测试了新型封套材料的反射光谱曲线,利用Matlab软件进行积分,得到其热反射率为31.4%,与测试结果较为吻合。同时,新型封套材料的反射光谱与绿色植被的反射光谱极为相似,说明该材料还可起到一定的伪装作用。Referring to American Military Standard and the testing method of heat insulation dope in china, the tester was designed. Two kinds of envelope materials of DTF-1 and new type were tested. The results showed that the heat insulation performance of the new material was better than that of DTF-1. The heat reflectivity of the two kinds of material were 9.6 % and 30. 1%. Reflex spectrum of the new material was tested,and the integral of which was 31.4 % by using the software of Matlab,which was inosculate with the test result. At the same time,the reflex spectrum of the new material was similar to green vegetation ,which showed that this material could perform some function in disguise.
