两种BaSO_4在ABS黄色母粒中应用性能的研究

摘　　要：研究两种BaSO4应用于ABS黄色母粒中及其对ABS黄色母粒色彩性能的影响。利用分光光度测色仪测定黄色母粒注塑样板制品的反射率曲线、L*a*b*值以及色差△E,并就两种助剂对ABS黄色母粒色彩性能的影响进行比较。结果表明:用BaSO4替代20%～30%的黄色颜料时,在黄色母粒其他性能基本保持不变的情况下,制品的色彩性能也保持不变;BaSO4对色母粒色彩性能的影响主要取决于BaSO4颗粒的粒度大小、粒径分布和表面处理的情况。The effect of two kinds of RaSO4 on the performance of ABS yellow masterbatch was studied. Spectral reflectance curve, color parameters L ＊ a ＊ b ＊ and color difference A E of the products were measured by color measurement instrument. The results showed that 20 % to 30 % of the organic yellow pigment could be substituted by BaSO4 ,without affect- ing the properties of the product, especially the color performance. These results also showed that when BaSO4 was used as an additive, the main factors which affected the color performance of the product were particle size ,particle size distribution ,and surface treatment.
