交联发泡聚丙烯的研究

摘　　要：主要以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为助交联剂,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,采用化学交联法,使聚丙烯树脂在发泡之前交联,并利用模压法制取泡孔均匀、细密的泡沫板材。结果表明:当DCP含量为0.16份,DVB含量为2份,聚丙烯发泡板材的各项性能较优。PP resin was crosslinked before blowing by chemical crosslinking method to pressing the foamed board with homogeneous and fine cells,in which PP was used as matrix, DCP as crosslinking agent, DVB as assisted crosslinking agent and AC as blowing agent. The results showed when the mass fractions of DCP and DVB were 0. 16 portron and 2 portron respectively,the properties of PP foam were pretty good.
