摘　　要：针对传统手机面板多次成型工艺的不足,结合实践经验,通过比较分析,合理设计了用模内贴膜技术成型的手机面板注塑模具。介绍了模内贴膜技术的特点及工艺流程。该模具具有结构紧凑,成本低廉,成型周期短等特点,且有效解决了传统成型工艺成型手机面板的不良品质与使用问题。According to the deficiency of the tradition multiprocessing,the injection mold for mobile phone shell by high technology of in-mold decoration was designed reasonably in accordance with the experience in practice. The processing and characteristic of IMD were presented. The injection mold had a reasonable structure,a low cost,and the problem of quality and using for tradition production were also ravelled out efficiently.
