摘  要:介绍了连铸二冷静态控制和动态控制方法,动态控制能够很好适应拉速变化的连铸过程。在对不同二冷控制进行分析的基础上,提出一种新的动态控制方法——虚拟拉速控制。"虚拟拉速"是一个基于将铸坯分割成众多单元并加以位置和生成时间追踪的过程参数,实际拉速恒定时,"虚拟拉速"与之相等;拉坯工艺发生变化时,"虚拟拉速"逼近实际拉速但具有一定延迟。模拟计算结果表明,用"虚拟拉速"代替实际拉速,静态二冷水表对铸坯温度的控制效果明显改善;该控制方法不依赖任何高温监测仪器,不需进行传热计算,适用于拉速变化时的动态过程控制。The secondary cooling control are usually divided as static control and dynamic control, and the latter is adaptive to the variation of casting speed and can control the surface temperature of slab in a allow- able range by adjusting and distributing the secondary cooling water. Based on the evaluation of static control and the investigation of different dynamic model of secondary cooling, a new concept called virtual casting speed control model was adavanced. As a process parameter, the virtual casting speed was derived from the position and life-time of slab slices and had a dimension of velocity. It is equal to the practical casting speed during stable casting and has some delay with the changing of practical casting speed. From the simulation results, it is found that static control model of secondary cooling modified by virtual casting speed can bring on the temperature of slab much better during casting speed variation; high temperature instrument and heat transfer calculation are not needed in this model, and it is adaptive to the variation of casting speed.
