摘　　要：为满足短流程高强度包装用钢带自动生产线的需要,结合某企业的生产现状,研制出基于PLC控制的包装钢带卷取机。介绍了卷取机机械设备和控制系统软硬件,给出了单卷和复卷卷取控制功能流程。生产检验证明,该机电一体化系统满足了自动化生产线的要求。In order to meet the requirement of automatic production line which has short process and high strength, combined the present production situation of certain enterprise, the reninding of packing steel strips based on the PLC was developed. The mechanical equipment of coiler and the hardware-software of control system was introduced; and the control function process of single-unit volume coiling was given. The production inspection proves that the electro-mechanical system fulfills the demand of automatic production line.
