复方苯甲酸酊中水杨酸和苯甲酸含量的测定

摘　　要：建立了一种同时检测复方苯甲酸酊剂中水杨酸和苯甲酸含量的方法:先用中和滴定法测定酊剂中两酸的总量,再用紫外分光光度法测定酸酊中水杨酸的含量,总酸量减去水杨酸的含量即为苯甲酸的含量.经精密度实验和回收实验检测,该方法准确、可靠,并且具有简便、快速等特点.This paper aims to establish a method for the determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid tincture. The acid - base titrations was used to determine the benzoic acid content and salicylic acid content, UV was used to determine the salicylic acid content. The content of benzoic acid can be obtained by calculating. The method of acid - base titrations combined with UV is simple, suitable and accurate.
