摘 要:研究了粉煤灰掺量对磷酸镁水泥基材料的抗压强度、抗折强度、耐磨性和膨胀性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,磷酸镁水泥净浆的抗压强度先增大后下降,粉煤灰掺量为胶凝材料质量的10%时,抗压强度最大;而材料的抗折强度和耐磨性能随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而下降。其膨胀性能基本上是随着粉煤灰的增多而增大。The compressive strength and flexural strength of magnesium phosphate-based cement doped with fly ash were tested. At the same time the abrasive resistance and expansion rate of MPC-based cement were also investigated. The test results indicate that the compressive strength of MPC-based cement containing 10wt% fly ash come to a head ; the flexural strength and abrasion loss per unit area of MPC went down along with the increase of fly ash content. In addition, expansive rate goes up when more fly ash was added as a whole.
