摘　　要：科技中介机构是促进科技开发、转移和转化的重要支撑平台。针对我国科技中介机构在政策环境、职能边界、人员素质、信息获取等方面存在的的问题,借鉴发达国家发展科技中介机构的成功经验,提出了通过实现"四化"即政府行为规范化、运作机制市场化、人才队伍专业化、信息共享网络化,促进我国科技中介机构的健康发展。Science and technology intermediary agencies are important platform which promotes the development, transfer and transformation of science and technology. In view of the problems that exist in our country＇s science and technology intermediary agencies in such aspects as policy environment, function boundary, personnel quality and information acquisition, the article proposes that we can promote the healthy development of the science and technology intermediary agency in our country through the realization of ＂standardization of government behavior, marketization of operation mechanism, specialization of personnel and networking of information sharing＂ based on learning from successful experiences of developed countries in developing the science and technology intermediary agency.
