不同术式对Arnold-Chiari畸形并脊髓空洞的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析两种手术方式治疗Chiari畸形并脊髓空洞的疗效。方法25例Chiari畸形I型并脊髓空洞症患者均行后颅窝减压术,其中未开放硬膜12例,开放硬膜13例。结果25例随访时间6个月-6年,平均3.6年,症状均有不同程度改善,两组比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.653,P>0.05)。结论不开放硬膜与开放硬膜手术均可达到后颅窝减压目的。Objective To Analyzing effects of two different operations on Arnold - Chiari malformation I and syringomyelia. Methods 25 patients with Arnold - Chiari malformation I and syringomyelia were treated by decompression of posterior cranial fossa which included 12 cases of dura unopened and 13 cases of dura opened. Results Following up 6 months to 6 years （ mean 3.6 years）, symptoms were improved in different degrees; for therapic effects there was no significance difference between two operative methods （Z = - 0.653,P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Decompression of posterior cranial fossa by dura unopened and dura opened are effective on Arnold -Chiari malformation I and syringomyelia.
