摘　　要：从农村教育事业发展和大学生就业的视角,论述湖北省"农村教师资助行动计划"实施的现实意义和实施过程中存在的突出问题,针对存在的问题提出完善行动计划的相应对策。From the perspective of employment of the development of rural education and university students, this article mainly are discussed the significance of practical implementation of the ＂plan for rural funded teachers action＂ in Hubei Provinee, the outstanding questions of the implementation process, as well as put up a eomplete set of the corresponding plan of action countermeasures according the existence of the problem.
