摘 要:目前,在高层建筑结构上下部共同作用分析中,很少考虑上部结构分步施工的影响。对土质地基上框架结构的研究表明,上下部共同作用效应明显的体系,上部结构的分步形成对共同作用分析有较显著的影响。相对于不考虑上部结构分步施工的情况,考虑上部结构分步形成时,上部结构对基础变形的约束作用略有减小,基础差异沉降增大,基础内力增加;底层柱轴力出现与基础差异沉降相反的加卸荷现象;尤其上部框架梁的弯矩有较大不同,越到上部楼层,参与上下部结构共同变形的程度越低,共同作用对其内力的影响越小。Currently, the interaction analysis of upper and lower parts of high building have been do without regard to the influence of constructing superstructure layer by layer usually. The research for frame construction with soil foundation shows, while the interaction effects is evidence,it have biggish influence for result of interaction analysis that constructing superstructure laye/" by layer. Compare with the instance of without regard to constructing superstructure layer by layer,while construction of superstructure layer by layer is considered, the constraints reduce on foundation from superstructure, the differential settlement of foundation increase, internal force of foundation largen ;The axis force of pillar of first floor increase and reduce reverse to differential settlement of foundation; Especially, the moment of frame beam is different evidently, the degree that supper floor join in interaction is lower, the influence of interaction for it's internal force is very little.
