摘　　要：针对金昌冶炼厂硫酸装置转化换热工艺过程存在不能自热平衡的问题进行了分析研究,发现①二次冷SO2烟气经对应的热交换器换热升温后达不到转化第四段入口所要求的温度,不得不用#2电加热炉补热;②去第一、第二吸收塔的SO3烟气温度均过高,必须使用冷却风机和冷却水泵进行降温,消耗大量电能。采取改进措施后,实现了转化换热的自然平衡,同时优化了一部分转化工艺参数,提高了SO2总转化率。The problem of self heat imbalance during the conversion heat exchange process of the sulfuric acid plant of Jinchang Smeltery is studied,and it is discoverd that ① the temperature of secondary cold SO2 flue gas after going through the corresponding heat exchange can not reach the required temperature at the inlet of the fourth conversion section,and the #2 electric heater must be used to compensate the heating;② temperature of SO3 to the 1st and 2nd absorbers is too high,so that the cooling fan and cooling water pump must be used to reduce the temperature,which will consume large amount of electricity.After improvement measures are taken,it realizes natural balance of the conversion heat,and also optimizes part of the conversion process parameters,and increases the overall conversion rate of SO2.
