摘　　要：融合计费是当前运营商关注的焦点问题。本文从3GPP计费体系规范出发探讨了一个电信的融合计费体系模型,提出了模型的实现方案,并分析了该方案的优缺点。Convergent billing is the focus of attention problem of the telecom-operators. Discuss a telecommunications convergent billing system model from 3GPP billing system specification, advise the realization of the program of the model and the analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.
