高效液相色谱法测定藏药三味龙胆花丸中龙胆苦苷含量

摘　　要：目的测定藏药三味龙胆花丸中龙胆苦苷含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定龙胆苦苷的含量。结果龙胆苦苷在0.232～1.856μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.7%、RSD为1.5%。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于三味龙胆花丸中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。Objective To detect the contents of gentiopicrin in Tibetan- medicine three -species gentian flower pill. Methods The contents of gentiopicrin was determined by HPLC. Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.232 - 1. 856μg, The mean recovery of gentiopicrin was 97.7% , and the RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion The results demonstrated that the method was simple, accurate and sensitive, it was suitable for the determination of gentiopicrin in Tibetan medicine three - species gentian flower pill.
