高效液相色谱法测定博性康药膜中黄芩苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定博性康药膜中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(25∶75),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在20～120μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程Y=40531X+14547,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为0.30%(n=9)。结论该法简便、可靠、准确,可用于博性康药膜的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Boxingkang Oral Pellicles by HPLC. Methods The Kromasil C18 column （250mm×4.6mm, 5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid（25：75）. The flow rate and the determination wavelength were 1.0 mL/min and 280 nm respectively. Results With the concentration of baicalin ranged from 20-120 μg/mL the linear regression equation was Y = 40 531X ＋ 14 547, r = 0. 999 9（ n = 6）. The average recovery rate was 99.87% , RSD was 0. 30% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate, which can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
