摘 要:管壳式换热器可靠性高,适应性广,应用广泛但设计复杂。建立了以年总费用最小为目标函数的优化设计模型,分析了影响年总费用的因素。运用基于LINGO模型语言的优化算法,实现了管壳式换热器优化设计模型。LINGO优化软件执行速度快,易于编程和理解,试验表明,LINGO能得到可靠的优化结果,将其用于换热器优化设计是可行的。Shell and tube heat exchangers were widely used for their reliabilities and adjust abilities in many industry fields, but it was difficult to design. An optimum model for shell and tube heat exchanger with an objective function of the minimum fee per year was established, and the factors influencing the model were analyzed. The model was realized by the optimum algorithm based on LINGO model linguistic. It was quick of LINGO to carry out the orders and it was easy to be programmed and understood. An experiment showed that LINGO obtained results as reliable as other methods exist. It was feasible to apply LINGO to the optimum design for the shell and tube heat exchangers.
