复方氧化锌软膏中氧化锌含量测定方法的改进

摘　　要：目的改进复方氧化锌软膏中氧化锌的含量测定方法。方法采用含氧化锌软膏和不含氧化锌软膏,分别用乙二胺四醋酸二钠液滴定。结果不含氧化锌软膏的线性范围为0.2-1.8g,回归方程y赞=8.3913x-0.0354ml。氧化锌平均回收率为101.04%,RSD为1.19%。结论方法可行,重复性好,适用于生产中控制该制剂的质量。Objective To improve on the assay method of zinc oxide in compound zinc oxide ointment. Methods The no contain zinc oxide of ointment and contain zinc oxide of ointment were titrated by EDTA disodium. Results The linear range of no contain zinc oxide of ointment were 0.2-1.8g;y=8.3913x-0.0354ml. The average recovery was 101.04%, and RSD was 1.19%. Conclusion The method was convenient, reproducible, and practicable.
