摘 要:目的利用16排螺旋CT血管造影技术(CTA)对肾动脉及输尿管(CTU)同步显示技术进行探讨。方法对38例正常人肾脏自愿贡献者行肾动脉造影及输尿管成像并行三维重建。采用PHILIPS公司Brilliance16排螺旋CT,经肘静脉注入欧乃派克总量130 ml,350 mgI/m,后处理技术主要采用MIP及VolumeRender(VR)。结果本组资料中CTA显示肾动脉4~5级的分支、CTU显示双侧输尿管全程显影有31例,占81.6%,只显示肾动脉3级分支、一侧肾盂或一侧输尿管显示不佳的为5例,占13.2%,只能显示肾动脉2级以内分支或一侧肾盂、输尿管不显影为2例,占5.2%。结论16排螺旋CT血管造影技术(CTA)对肾动脉及输尿管(CTU)同步显示技术可以无创性的术前评价肾动脉及输尿管有无病变、先天发育异常等。借助功能强大的后处理功能,可以清晰显示双侧肾动脉和输尿管的起源、分布及两者之间的走行关系。为临床医师提供详细的资料,特别是有利于肾脏移植手术的术前评价。Objective Study the technique of 16 - row - spiral CTA which can show the renal artery and ureter on the same image. Methods 38 health adults who are voluntary to donate kidney underwent renoartefiography and ureter reconstruction. Using the Holland PHILIPS Brilliance 16- rowspiral CT,injecting Omnipaque 130 ml ( 350 mgI/ml) by ulnar vein, mainly adopting MIP and VR postprocessing technique. Results 31 patients show 4 - 5 grade - branches of renal artery by CTA and bilateral ureter by CTU,81.6% in total; 5 patient show 3 grade - branches of renal artery and bad image of unilateral pelvis or ureter, 13.2% in total ,2 patients only show 2 grade - branches of renal artery and have nonvisulization of unilateral pelvis or ureter,5.2% in total. Conclusion 16 - row - spiral CTA and CTU can show renal artery and ureter on the same image, this technique can evaluate renal artery and u- reter preoperative,to make sure whether it has any pathological changes or developmental anomaly. By its powerful postprocessing function,it can clearly show the source,disposition and courser relation between renal artery and ureter. It can provide clinician intimate information,espacially profit the preoperative- evaluation of the renal transplantation.
