肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾损伤出血的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨肾损伤出血患者行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术的观察及护理。方法对21例肾损伤出血行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术的患者充分做好术前准备及心理护理,术后加强对生命体征及穿刺部位、栓塞综合征的观察,做好生活护理及康复指导。结果20例患者经1次栓塞出血停止,1例患者经2次栓塞出血停止,血尿消失,未发生栓塞并发症,术后随访半年未见出血复发,肾功能良好。结论充分做好术前准备及心理护理,加强术后观察及护理可减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective Explore the observation and nursing of traumatic renal hemorrhage patients treated with selective renal artery embolization. Methods Well preparation before operation and psychological nursing to the 21 patients. Enhancing observation of vital signs, puncture site, embolism syndrome after the selective renal artery embolization. Good living nursing and rehabilitation guidance. Results 20 patients only had one embolization and hemorrhage ceased. Only one patient had 2 emboliztions and hemorrhage ceased, hematuria disappeared, without embolization complication. Follow -up survey half an year, no hemorrhage recurred and renal function is well. Condusion Well preparation before operation and psychological nursing, enhancing observation and nursing of patients after operation can reduce complication and promote rehabilitation recovery.
