摘 要:针对传统系统可靠性建模理论存在的缺陷,提出基于随机故障序列的动态可靠性建模及分析方法。给出了随机故障序列的概念及形式化描述,定义了系统故障的传播过程。以串联系统、并联系统等基本系统模型为例,建立基于随机故障序列的系统可靠性分析模型;基于随机过程和Markov过程理论,推导出随机故障序列发生概率的计算公式,得出系统动态可靠度的解析求解方法。以某液压回路的供油装置为例,采用随机故障序列分析法求解系统动态可靠性指标,通过与Blocksim软件仿真结果的比较,验证方法的可行性。The limitations of traditional reliability modeling theories are analyzed, and a new dynamic reliability modeling and analysis method based on stochastic failure sequence(SFS) is proposed. The concept and definition of SFS are introduced to express the failure transmission process of the system. The reliability models of series system and parallel system are selected as examples, the system reliability models are established based on SFS, and the calculation formulas for the probability of SIrS are derived on the basis of stochastic process and Markov processes theories, so an analytical method for system dynamic reliability is obtained. An example of hydraulic oil supply system is given, the dynamic reliability index of the system is computed based on SFS method, and the effectiveness of the method is validated.
