摘　　要：在阐述当前产品变型设计原理与方法的基础上,通过对产品尺寸参数分析,研究了产品尺寸参数传递结构。将复杂网络理论应用到产品变型设计领域,构建了产品尺寸约束关系网络,研究了网络统计参数意义及尺寸参数传递方法,提出了基于尺寸参数传递方法的产品变型设计方法。利用VC++,开发出与Pro/E系统集成的变型设计模块,以联轴器装配件为例,对上述方法与系统进行了验证。Product variant design principles and methods are first described. Then, product dimension parameter is analyze and product dimension parameter transferring structure is studied. Applying complex network theory to product variant design, a dimension relation network of components and parts is constructed and the significance of network statistics and a dimension parameters transfer method are presented. The methods and processes which are applied to variant design are described in detail. A parameterized variant design module integrated with Pro/E was developed with VC ＋ ＋. All the above mentioned methods and processes are verified by taking a joint coupling product as an example.
