摘 要:针对给水过滤器反冲洗耗水量大的问题及其回用的需要,对反冲洗水的混凝沉降特性进行了实验研究。根据实验需要设计和制作了实验装置,采用静水实验法对气浮移动罩滤池反冲洗水自然沉降和混凝沉降特性进行实际测量,获得了自然沉降和混凝沉降过程中的浊度变化值。通过图解和实验分析,掌握了过滤器反冲洗水自然沉降的特性及加药量对混凝沉降特性影响,得到了混凝沉降过程中浊度变化的基本规律和满足进滤池回用所需要的时间,为反冲洗水回用方案的确定提供了可靠的依据。Aiming at the problem of consuming much water in backwashing filtering media of Lan Zhou Rail - Way Plant of Water Supplying, which need reusing backwash water, the experimental researches of sedimentation ability of backwash water have been carried out. To meet its requirement, experimental devices are designed and made before experiment is done. By the method of sedimentation in motionless water, turbidity degrees of backwash water in plain sedimentation and coagulation sedimentation for movable hood backwashing filter are tested practically in order to acquire the value. Through analysis of diagram and experimental data, the property of plain sedimentation of backwash water and the affection of coagulant quantity to sedimentation are mastered, which basic law of turbidity change and time to meet the requirement for filtering in the course of coagulation sedimentation are arrived. It can offer reliable data for ascertaining program of reusing backwash water.
