摘　　要：从心理训练的概念、作用、内容和特点及其表现,影响心理的因素、心理素质训练的方法以及提高途径等方面对少儿足球运动员的心理训练进行分析并指出了加强心理训练的途径。The paper analyzes the psychological training for young football players on the notion, function, content, psychological characteristic, performance of psychological training, the factors affecting psychology, the training methods and ways to improve the training quality. Moreover, the way how to strengthen psychological training is indicated.
