“城中村”改造的扩展式博弈模型研究

摘　　要：城中村是我国快速城市化进程中的特殊产物,它所暴露的问题日益严重,对它的改造刻不容缓.城中村改造是一项复杂的系统工程,其中模式的选择是改造的难点问题,也是改造能否成功的关键.为了能够找出合适的改造模式,为改造的顺利开展奠定良好的理论基础,基于博弈模型的扩展式改造分析,从改造参与人即政府、村民及开发商之间的利益关系出发,建立了相应的效用函数,针对不同情况提出相应的选择策略,最后得出4种适用于城中村改造的模式,为政府进行城中村改造提供了理论依据.The urban village is the special product of China＇s exposed increasingly serious. The transformation of urban rapid urbanization process, and the problems were village is urgent, which is a complex and systematic project. The transformation model choosed is a difficult issue among the project, and it is also the key to the success of the transformation. In order to identify the proper transformation model, and lay a solid foundation for the smooth development, based on the extensive form of game theory, the profit relationship was analyzed between the local government, villagers and the enterprise developers comprehensively, which are participants of the transformation. In this paper, the relevant utili model for different circumstances is provi tion of urban village. And it is provided ty functions is established, and the strategy choices of transformation ded. Coming to the conclusion that four models are suit for transforma- a theoretical basis for government to transform.
