无静脉末节断指再植术29例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨远端无静脉吻合的手指末节断指再植术血管处理的方法。方法:对29例35指远端无适宜静脉吻合的手指末节完全离断伤患者采用一侧指固有动脉远近端吻合,而另一侧的远端指固有动脉与近端静脉吻合的方法进行治疗,以保证静脉的回流。结果:35指中32指再植成活,3指坏死,再植成功率达91.4%。结论:对于远端无静脉吻合的指末节离断伤,动静脉吻合是一种较好的手术方法。Objective： To explore vascular treatment for replantation of distal revered finger without venous anastomosis. Methods： Treated 35 distal revered fingers without venous anastomosis of 29 cases by anastomosis of distal and proximal end of proper digital arteries on one side, and by anastomosis of distal proper arteries and proximal veins, to make sure venous reflux. Results： 32 fingers out of 35 fingers survived, 3 fingers had necrosis, with success rate of 91.4%. Conclusion： Anastomosis of arteries and veins is fine surgery method for injury of paratelum without distal venous anastomosis.
