摘　　要：本文介绍了铁路系统实施建设铁路运输管理信息系统（ＴＭＩＳ）工程的概况，阐述了ＴＭＩＳ系统实行工程管理的必要性。以及所采取的管理方式和组织方式，对今后各行业进行计算机工程建设具有借鉴意义。The article introduce the general situation of the railway department constructing Transportation Management Information System (TMIS) engineering , expounds the necessity of carrying out the engineering management in the TMIS system, discusses the problems related to the methods of management and organization of the TMIS system , It has the souse of use for reference for the computer engineering construction in every trades in the future.
